With respect to our business and operations, NUPEMCO is glad to report that as a PFA we have recorded appreciable financial success in spite of the challenging year. This speaks to the durability and resilience of our NUPEMCO brand as Assets under management (AUM) is on a steady upward trajectory. From the modest base of I5.98 billion naira in 2019 to over 74 billion naira as at december 31, 2020. Our PFA now has on its monthly pension payroll a total number of 102 retires receiving on the average a total monthly payout of over 11 million naira. The total sum of over 1.3 billion naira has been paid out in various benefits categories from inception to date.
